A critical friend of the field, committed to bridging research and practice.
I am currently a PhD student studying Curriculum & Instruction and Arts Administration at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I work with and study children's museums and other informal learning environments.
I am particularly interested in the role of children's museums in the broader educational landscape, including how they navigate organizational change as well as how they support the professional lives of museum educators.
I have a Master's of Science in Curriculum & Instruction from UW-Madison and bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Linguistics from the University of California-Berkeley.
